About
The story
Down a lane at Cann Mills, where the mill still grinds its own flour, Panary turns bread-making into a proper day out. This is less a bakery counter than a place to roll up your sleeves — kneading, proving and baking under expert guidance, surrounded by the machinery and grain that give the loaves their soul. The setting, just outside Shaftesbury in the green heart of Dorset, is as much the draw as the craft. You leave with warm bread, floury sleeves and the quiet satisfaction of having made something with your own hands.
